- Firstly, access to a global marketplace where we promote and sell race tickets.
- Secondly, RACE OFFICE™, a cloud based race event management application.

You love a good curved ball, enjoy working under pressure and can handle changing conditions such as sudden spikes in growth. You are tech savvy and love innovation and have an eye for new services and tools that can help our company grow.
Primary Responsibilities
Most of the sales work is carried out by phone, but you are occasionally expected to meet clients face-to-face, e.g. industry fairs and congresses.
- Plan the sales work in a structured manner with clear actions and targets
- Build and manage the sales funnel
- Approach prospects and clients e.g. through cold calling, emails, fairs etc.
- Onboard clients in collaboration with other team members
- Track sales metrics and report data on a regular basis using Hubspot
- Provide management with insights e.g. customer needs, competitive landscape, industry trends, potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve the overall sales process to maximize conversions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record in closing deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Intrapersonal skills - you are an active listener with a natural ability to influence
- Business acumen with a commercial drive
- Technical proficiency and computer skills
Merited Qualifications
- Sales of a B2B application or service
- Additional language skills
- Startup experience
- Industry background, running or sports
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
