Back Office Administrator

Job description:
- Order placing, coordination and optimization of order and delivery processes within given time limit or as per DORMA set standards
- Responsible via the purchasing department for coordinating DORMA factories
- Order check and confirmations, control over delivered - not delivered goods
- Tracking stock levels, product forecasting, preparing reports to sales team
- Follow up of the complete logistic process, deliveries, and transport
- Invoicing through standardized financial software (Navision), and reporting
- Responsible for basic quotations and its related activities with customers as per DORMA norms/directives
- Communication with customers
- Office coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in business administration, customer services
- Experience in using financial software for invoicing, ordering and reporting, preferably Navision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PC skills and Computer experience is essential
- Fluency in English
