For the purpose of business expansion, CONFIDA is searching for a motivated candidate to fulfil the position of:

Back Office Manager

Belgrade

Responsibilities

  • Providing full office support;
  • Performing the companies invoicing and payments;
  • Organisation and coordination of the office work, correspondence, preparation of various reports;
  • Time table management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc);
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures and making necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an international company;
  • Good knowledge in accounting: experience in payment procedures, organization of invoice flow, detailed follow up of project payment;
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge;
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage.
