Back Office Officer

Responsibilities:
- Control and monitoring of automated calculation of interest, commissions and maturity of the deposit and credit transactions, the calculation of negative balances and generating exchange rate differentials
- Initiating automated collection of mature claims
- Analytical bookings of bank’s statement for deposits (including files for salaries, fcy and rsd pensions)
- Manual booking of transactions, as required (correction of bookings, illogical balances, etc.)
- Premature, partial and whole credit repayment and control of repaid accounts
- Re-booking of credits to suspended and sued accounts
- Credit Biro reporting
- Issuing different kind of confirmations within back office responsibility
- Monitoring and control of analytical and settlement accounts
- Internal reporting
- Execution according to the orders issued by courts/public executors
- Participating in Bank projects
Requirements:
- Minimum High school degree
- Previous experience on similar positions is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Understanding English language
