Back Office and Technical Support Team Leader is an employee that has significant experience and knowledge used to provide overall business improvements, as well as inter alignment with other departments, processes, procedures and systems.

Purpose of this role is to:

  • Lead a group of agents and specialist with a goal to support area activities on site in Belgrade and remotely in Subotica
  • Efficiently organize support activities to maximize positive impact to area KPI's, significantly improving relevant and connected company KPI's
  • Develop team members as a persons to address in all relevant process and procedure changes, impacting the efficiency and/or effectiveness and/or way of work of onsite and remote teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialist and agents with constant focus on further development in all areas
  • Responsible for Complaints and Technical Support processes, as well as KPIs
  • Efficiently and effectively delegate responsibilities in all go to market processes that are impacting area way of work
  • Manage high motivation of members to support remote teams in every day work through remote mentoring/ onsite visits/ workshops and meetings
  • Propose and implement process/procedure/system improvements based on 360 degree overview
  • Propose changes to way of work, to be able to impact relevant area KPI’s
  • Provide regular insight reports and reporting to relevant key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external Customers and key stakeholders
  • Implement and follow up all policies and procedures
  • Have regular 1:1 and/or team meetings, coaching/feedback and performance/development reviews with direct reports
  • Additional tasks as delegated

Requirements:

  • High school / College degree or equivalent education and experience, preferably leading operational teams
  • Consumer/Business experience
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry preferred
  • Excellent understanding of local market, trends and competition is an asset
  • Fluent knowledge of English (Written & Verbal) is required
  • Proficiency with MS Office is essential
  • Able to foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and influencers
  • Expertise in problem management, negotiations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment, both working individually and in a team
  • Proven ability to develop team members
