Back Office Department Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the same or a similar position including the 3 year of working experience on the management position
- Good knowledge and deep understanding of the domestic and international payments area, loans administration, treasury back office and cash management
- General knowledge of bank products and services
- Good knowledge in payment operations
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant legislation
- General knowledge of accounting
- Excellent knowledge of English language

Your main activities will be:
- Responsibility for operations in loans administration, domestic and international payments, treasury back office, cash management
- Responsibility to follow regulations and legislations and make proper and timely recommendations to responsible authority of the Bank
- Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly plans for Back office department and coordinates its fulfilment
- Proposals the solutions for the enhancement of organization, methods and work technology in order to enhance the productivity
- Reporting to Executive Board on the activities and the results of the Department
