Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer

Becchis Osiride, Italian manufacturer of material and components for acoustic insulation (mainly for automotive and home appliances industry), is selecting personnel for its newly established production plant in Kragujevac - Serbia.

We are looking for:

Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Managing of Quality Management System in line with the objectives and policies as defined by the Company and by Customers' specific requirements
• Being responsible for quality department management, task assigning, personal evaluation and monthly planning
• Establishing, maintaining and improving company quality system
• Performing internal or external audits (SUPPLIERS) on Product, Process, System
• Identifying the need and performing internal training on quality management system
• Coordinating the management of non-compliance, corrective and preventive actions, improvements and their implementation
• Recording of the activities on management system
• Managing products Control Plans
• Defininfìg and optimising quality standards based on emerging needs.
• Providing support to the Customers during the critical start-up of new products or processes
• managing Production Part Approval Process

Authorities and Mandates:

• Coordinates the work of human resources of the quality function
• May suspend / reject / approve the unsuitable material and manage the facilities provided
• Acting as Customers' Quality representative in the Company as required by ISO TS 16949
• Representing for the Quality Management System

Profile:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical science
• Good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Italian would be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Company Quality Policy
• Knowledge of the Company's Organizational Principles
• Skills related to the company's Quality System
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard methods of testing the international automotive and household appliance and / or customer specific
• Knowledge of internal testing methodologies
• Knowledge of the use of measuring equipment (gauges, gauge, meter, gausmetro, scales, detector depth)
• Knowledge of materials in all stages of production
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards
• Precise person with analytical mind
• Strong learning and execution ability
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership
