Bilingual Marketing Analyst (English/French)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and skilled Bilingual Marketing Analyst (ENGLISH/FRENCH) to join our dynamic marketing team at our offices in Belgrade, Serbia. As a Bilingual Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize performance, help drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.  

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and market trends
• Analyze and report on content performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for future content initiatives
• Execute, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that support business objectives
• Manage the French communication channels – social media, online reviews & marketing email domains
• Provide translations, proofreading, and editing support for marketing materials in both English and French as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of analytics/marketing analytics experienced
• Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
• Experience with SQL considered a plus
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
