Brand Manager

Position goal:

Manage the brand and the assortment with the goal to be innovative on the market and to create an original retail shopping experience, aligned with the company’s strategy.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, implementing and monitoring all branding activities in accordance with the company's strategy
• Implementing a product strategy and defining pricing, assortment and positioning the brand for innovative market performance; 
• Collecting and preparing brand information, and defining brand marketing goals, in order to create marketing plan; 
• Delivering detailed sourcing plans, creating the final brand collection for the market selected from the initial supplier’s offer, and manage the buying  process;
• Investigating the market and collecting data on collections, products, and prices for sales and purchasing analytics;
• Negotiating commercial terms of supply and building a good relationship with suppliers;
• Controlling optimal brand inventory management, preparing orders for entry and withdrawal of goods, promotions, and discounts;
• Educating sales staff about the brand, conveying the spirit of the collection, commercial and technical information, producing materials and makes presentations;
• Participating in the development of visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in the same or similar jobs;
• Experience working with brands preferably in the fashion industry;
• Proven knowledge of the principles of marketing and merchandising;
• Analytical person with strong detail orientation;
• Effective aesthetics skills and creative approach in work;
• Sales and inventory management skills;
• Strong operational planning and managerial skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Driver's licence B category.
