- Actively participates in defining the vision of Brand, the objectives and strategies in line with business direction;
- Offers support to Field team in organizing specific activities: medical events, samplings, promotions, internal communication;
- Develops a deep understanding of the consumer / buyer's behavior, the competitive environment, and its implications on the Brand;
- Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, penetration / impact level, awareness of the brand and analyzes potential risks and growth opportunities;
- Monitor / control and coordinate the budget allocated to assigned projects;
- Makes summaries of market surveys and post-evaluation of projects;
- Responsible for the implementation of the consumer advertising (advertising, packaging, PR) according to Category and Brand strategy;
- Checks and gives input to all artistic products and gives "good print" to the projects of which it is responsible, after prior approval with line-manager;
- Communicates effectively with Sales Team, Support departments, Factories, Agencies in relation to all Brand initiatives;
- Monitor the prices of the products and products of the competition and signal changes and propose actions in line with the Brand's objectives;
- Participate actively in developing and management of all promotional campaigns nationwide including all pre- and post-evaluations and apply their results to future brand plans
- Communicates efficiently with factories and logistics agents involved in innovation and renovation projects
- Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and result focus;
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and university degree in the relevant field;
- You have excellent communication skills, developed presentation skills, good business sense and product knowledge;
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
- You are advanced user of MS Office package.
