About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales/Business Development professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales/Business Development person, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities primarily in Europe or North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the European or North American market who are in need of custom mobile app and enterprise application development services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Concentrical's service offerings, target industries, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Concentrical's services.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, both in person and virtually, to showcase our capabilities and effectively address client needs and objections.
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful project handoffs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling software development services for a company based in Eastern Europe to customers in Europe or North America is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling software development services or technology solutions, ideally in the European or North American market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development industry, including mobile app development, enterprise application development, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline progress.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to overlap to U.S. time zones as needed.
