Job description:
- Researching, planning, and implementing new strategies for business and revenue growth
- Doing market research and acquiring new clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Keep records of successful sales, revenue, etc.
- Training business development staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of the blockchain industry
- Proven sales track record in the blockchain industry
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role, in the blockchain industry
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management and planning skills
