We are looking for:

Business Development Manager

Belgrade

You will be responsible for driving the expansion of LotusFlare’s products and services into the telecommunications industry. You will be the first point of contact in LotusFlare’s sales team with the aim of achieving these key strategic goals:

  • Inbound and outbound sales approach to schedule introductory meetings with senior executives at mobile and cable operators globally
  • Research and prepare materials for scheduled meetings
  • Presentations and follow ups with prospects and opportunities
  • Lead the efforts in closing process including workshops, demos, proposals
  • Responsible to drive a healthy sales pipeline

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Business Development team, you will need to develop and maintain relationships with executives in the telecom space. This means that you will have to manage end-to-end relationships with existing contacts, generate new prospects, create opportunities, engage in sales efforts and work closely with the management team in sales process. You will be familiar with an enterprise software sales pipeline and how to qualify and advance prospects through the pipeline.

The role is based in Belgrade, Serbia with some international travel required (10%).

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS or BA in Economics / Business / Management / Marketing or another related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales / business development
  • Previous experience in enterprise SaaS space
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
  • Good understanding of telecom operator landscape, pain points, buying process and IT solutions
  • Proven ability to assess and respond to RFQs / RFPs, NDAs and contracts
  • Experience building and managing personal relationships with telecom operators
  • Experience in tender processes with operators is an advantage
