HYCU, Inc. is expanding its portfolio for hyper-converged infrastructures for mid-market and enterprise customers, we are hiring top sales talent to grow the business for our HYCU product. As a Business Development Representative, you will execute demand generation campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities for the sales organization. The BDR team will be on the front line driving new sales, having a unique career opportunity to advance their careers as sales professionals within a fast-growing international business.
Your first 30 days:
- Quickly get up to speed on HYCU’s brand, culture, values, and be able to present on HYCU’s Product suite.
- Understand hyper-converged infrastructures, cloud backup, and backup&recovery market, our prospects and partners, what they want, and why they would do business with us.
- Complete new hire training Boot Camp and Enablement
Next two months and beyond:
- Effectively leverage internal prospecting campaigns, marketing, channel partners and resellers to maximize selling efforts
- Align resources to support partner, prospect, and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and assigned territory quota
- Create and execute on a sales territory plan with an emphasis on net new logos with enterprise customers.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for:
- Schedule meetings for the HYCU Field and Inside Sales Representatives, generate new opportunities for the sales team.
- Coordinate with local HYCU Customer Engineers and Enterprise Sales Reps
- Respond to leads and inbound prospect activity as defined by our internal SLAs (prompt and persistent follow-up).
- Qualify leads using HYCU defined sales criteria
- Execute on new logo prospecting campaigns, local events, and other demand generation activities.
- Effectively communicate value proposition to prospects
- Drive pipeline building activities through partner events, programs, and tradeshows
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual demand generation goals against an assigned territory quota
- Some travel required.
The successful candidate must meet these basic requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 and above)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience, software technology preferred
- Experience with selling technology to end-user organizations preferred.
- Phenomenal interpersonal communication skills and phone presence
- Thrives in goal-driven, metrics-based environment
- Proficiency with various software applications program including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com, etc.
