Business Insights Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Manage high quality and timely production and communication processes that fit data reporting needs for different business segments and stakeholders
- Collect, analyse and interpret data from stakeholders with the goal of a high quality and timely service
- Constant effort on self-development by learning and improving your delivery in accordance with set goals
- Execute strategies around driving operational improvement and optimizing performance across the organizational footprint with reoccurring reporting and data analysis
- Support multiple project sponsors to identify efficiency opportunities as part of a continuous improvement strategy
- Act as a conduit between business segments to identify and recommend improvements in operating transparency
- Continuously improve upon operating metrics reporting of the company and participate in efforts to centralize and streamline reporting
Qualifications and Background Requirements:
- MS SQL Server knowledge
- T-SQL querying (min 3 months experience)
- Power BI (minimum 3 months experience) and/or advanced knowledge of Power Pivot (Data Models) and DAX language and/or Tableau (or working experience with any similar BI tool)
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, Data Models)
- Datawarehouse concept understanding
- ETL process/concept understanding
- Highly focused, analytical and detail-oriented
- Results-oriented, dynamic and individual with hands-on mentality
- Business services industry experience is preferred
- Fluent English
