Business Intelligence Data Analyst

This position is remote - full time, with a clear path to working internally in the company.
Position details/responsibilities:
- You will develop interactive dashboards and reports using relational databases, Tableau, and Excel to educate decision-makers at all levels of the business
- Work with the technical team to drive, challenge, and ensure the technical solution is a quality solution that will meet the needs of our customers
- Synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management
- Partner with multiple departments on process implementation and analysis
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Be the technical resource with an in-depth understanding of data and information architecture for data-based decisions including transport of code from development to QA to production.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (information science, mathematics, statistics or related technical fields)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of data analytics
- You have experience in data mining structured and unstructured data (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, RDS, RedShift, Oracle, etc.) in a business environment
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills (including written, verbal and listening), must be able to communicate findings
- Problem-Solving: Need to look at the data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss
- Possess strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: The candidate has lifecycle experience on web development, digital experience or mobile app projects.
