Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the product vision and roadmap
• Define the product backlog and create actionable user stories for the development teams
• Translate required features into stories based on created usable solution design, flowcharts, and architectural diagrams
• Accept the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and other internal groups to accurately scope work and coordinate necessary resources
• Involved in the creation of a standalone user interface (UI) in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and ensure stories and enablers meet acceptance criteria.
• Triage data-related issues 
• Maintain technical knowledge by writing functional specifications
• Work on long-term international projects with a team of professionals

Requirements

• Expertise with Scrum Agile methodologies (knowledge of JIRA or MS Azure DevOps is preferred), in deliverable management, and prioritization of team assignment
• Experience with cloud-based methodologies and practices (exposure to AWS, GCP, and/or Azure is preferred)
• Ability to learn new skills quickly, willing to learn Machine Learning models/algorithms
• Ability to work with the team to ensure effectively define, estimate, and execute technical projects
• Ability to accept suggestions for improvement and willingness to stay on task until the job is done
• Superior communication, verbal and written, in English and Serbian 
• Presentation and organization skills; ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely 
• Previous global trade management industry experience is a plus

Your profile

• 3 years of experience in the software development environment 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in an international team with international customers 
• Team player that will think strategically and effectively when faced with difficult challenges
