Business Telesales Representative
- Performing sales activities through telephone calling related to:
- Companies (business customers) that are Telenor customers in order to renew their contracts
- Companies (business customers) in order to retain them and renew their contracts
- Cross-sell and upsell activities, educating customers on new products and services.
- Calling new customers and offering Telenor services
- Achieving sales and efficiency targets related to specific activity on monthly level
- Handing sales related customers requests through applications and written correspondence.
- Minimum High school degree
- Excellent communication skills
- People oriented personality
- Sales-minded work approach
- Fluency in English and Serbian
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Good knowledge of telecommunication products and services
- Excellent computer skills
- Goal oriented and competitive attitude
