We are looking for a:
CEO Support Officer
Belgrade, Novi Sad, Sombor
Are you an ambitious, communicative and reliant team player? Are you ready to work in tandem with our CEO?
We are looking for m/f to provide administrative, analytical, project management and process related support to the CEO who is responsible for the group (consisting of a Belgian and Serbian branch).
This function might be for you if you are educated, have experience in or at least are strongly motivated to grow into the following areas:
- Business administration
- Project management
- Business analysis
- Process management
Your tasks:
- Business administration
- Perform the necessary business analysis, financial analyses, P&L’s, to support the CEO in taking the correct decisions based on your reports.
- Develop business cases to justify business decisions.
- Business development:
- Provide support in answering RFP’s by creating the necessary documents, reports etc.
- Project management:
- Start-up and manage internal projects to improve the internal infrastructure, workflows, processes etc.
- Process management
- Analyse current business processes, propose improvements and implement the necessary changes.
Your profile:
- University degree
- Good understanding of IT
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Responsible and proactive person
- Ability to prioritize and work with short deadlines
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems
- Able to distinguish the essential from the non-essential
- Able to structure information and write documents
- Proficient at planning, organisation and prioritising
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Willing to travel on a regular basis
