CLM Campaign Executor

This role will be responsible for the daily management and execution of the CLM Multi-channel campaigns for respective Segments. This role entails a strong focus on implementation and execution of micro-segmented campaign offers based on the inputs coming from Campaign Planner and Marketing Segments.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with all key marketing KPI’s
- Ensure end to end smooth, timely and precisely implementation of CLM campaign
- Campaign execution based on the inputs from Campaign Planner and Segments
- Contact customers by choosing most appropriate channel and respecting adopted contact policy
- Campaign reporting (during campaign and post campaign)
- Develop /improve systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed
- Responsible for proper functioning of Campaign Management system
- Responsible for constant monitoring, development and improvement of Campaign Management system and processes for end to end execution
- Responsible for creating and daily maintaining of CLM Execution plans in order to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Execution of highly contextual campaigns using ADS and Campaigns Management System
- Close collaboration with Data Engineer in process of launching contextual campaigns (utilization of scores from advanced analytics models and embedding as a rule in executed campaigns)
- Maintenance, monitoring and proactive proposal for improvement of all prepaid automated journeys
Requirements:
- Bachelor, MBA, Master in Finance, Math, Statistics or similar
- 2-3 years of work experience within Segments, Pricing, Analytics, or similar function
- Telco experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
