CRM Assistant
Location: Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering CRM strategy
- Understanding the business requirements
- Working closely with sales teams and other departments
- Supporting IT department
- Supporting Managers with daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Maintaining CRM contact data records for the organization
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data integration tools
- Experience in IT administration
- CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
