Customer Relationship Management Area:

CRM is managing consumer and business part of Telenor customer base with the aim to maximize Customer Life Time Value and positively impact Customer Experience. CRM entails strong focus on development & implementation of highly-targeted, below-the-line personalized campaign offers based on customer insight and advance analytical models. Data science, campaigns planning and direct marketing are cornerstones of CRM in Telenor Serbia.


  • Establish efficient and effective approach to create incremental value in each transaction customer has with Telenor
  • Work closely with CRM Manager in developing and implementing CRM strategy & roadmap aligned with organizational & segment KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the CRM activities work well for every aspect of the business
  • Identify and develop new ways of looking at customer behaviour working closely with Data Science team and introducing new data prediction models
  • Ensure return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics
  • End to end responsibility over CRM initiative/project being managed from idea to launch, with appropriate follow-up
  • Analysing customer behaviour through their lifecycle; initiating and developing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty while maximizing customer value and satisfaction
  • Have a holistic approach to customer offering: continuously work on improving offering, and ensuring smooth offer presentation and activation for the customer
  • Use targeted marketing techniques to offer the right products and services to the right customers


  • University degree, preferably in economics, mathematics/statistics or engineering, MBA will be considered as an advantage
  • 5 -7 years of work experience in CRM, marketing product development /or value creation functions
  • Top quality analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
  • Team player with great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (coordination of G2M process; project management)
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
  • High proficiency in English language
