We are looking for: CRM Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing and manage the CRM strategy across the business encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- User activity tracking and analyzing user's behavior
- Identifying trends on user’s behavior and optimizing performance based on the insights
- Manage campaign analysis and insight generation to mold strategy and continuously optimize CRM performance
- Maintain high data quality
- Market research and Industry trends monitoring
Key Skills & Experience:
- Fluency of English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Interest in sports
