CRO Analyst

Responsibilities
- Conduct research to gather data that can drive the optimization efforts
- Analyze data and content on pages from a CRO and UX perspective
- Manage the testing and implementation roadmap and outline clear and measurable hypotheses
- Channel insights into new designs and copy that have the potential to improve the user experience
- Provide insights and analysis on the outcome of experimentations and implementations
Skills
- Familiar with conducting research
- Has the ability to analyze data, derive and synthesize insights from the data
- Ability to effectively communicate complex and technical notions in a simple manner
- Must be proficient in English both verbally and in writing
- Works well in cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clicky, or other
- UX or CRO experience
- Has experience creating mockups as well as a solid understanding of conversion copywriting
- Experience with conducting experimentations using platforms such as Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, or similar
