Call Center Agent – Dispatcher for a U.S. Taxi Company (Remote Work)

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our remote call center team as Dispatch Agents for a U.S.-based taxi company.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Previous call center or dispatch experience is a plus but not required

Job Description:

• Communicating with clients and drivers via online phone system and dispatch platform
• Assisting clients in booking new rides or modifying existing ones
• Supporting drivers with daily operational issues
• Working with an online dispatch platform from the comfort of your home
• Shift work available

Compensation:

• Monthly salary between 85,000 – 95,000 RSD
• As we do not have a registered entity in Serbia, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling their own taxes and contributions. We can provide guidance on the best options (freelance status is likely the most suitable).
