- Selling and cross selling trough incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bill and procedures
- Handling written customer requests
- Performing billing-related tasks

- Minimum High school degree
