An international company is hiring a call center trainer. Our main clients are located abroad which is why we are looking for people with C1 level knowledge of English.
Job description:
Train and prepare call center staff and help them improve their performance in order to attain higher customer satisfaction
Monitoring call center staff performance on a daily basis
Participates in the performance of call center activities
Maintaining a good business relationship with your clients
Traveling and attending trade shows abroad
Communicating in foreign languages daily
Negotiation of commercials with existing and new partners
Build and maintain strong account relationships
Requirements:
Perfect written and spoken English (level C1). Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
Proven experience as a call center trainer
Experience with emails, Internet browsers, and Microsoft Office
Passion and motivation to help build a brand
Excellent communications skills
