You are:

  • Excellent sales team trainer, call center team leader, team marketer or manager of direct marketing team?
  • Expert in training of successful calling, sales story-telling, hook strategies, meeting management, sales process and trainings

You know to:

  • Train the call center team leaders, agents and branch managers and sellers, transfer effectively the contacting and sales knowhow to achieve high sales
  • Develop the train the trainer system for campaign management in sales network and call centers and lead it to clear results
  • Define required changes/improvements in front-end systems, provides campaign management input for development calling technology / systems, regularly monitor and analyze data from calling technology for branch network and call centers,
  • Implement a successful sales activity and client management system increasing productivity and customer experience and be responsible for delivery of sales results through campaigns
  • Prepare, manage and evaluate CRM campaigns in high touch channels (branch, call center)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Improving client interaction (calling, mailing, contacting) and sales skills (pre-sales, sales, service to sale) of employees, training of new employees, providing learning materials, assisting their integration into the organization
  • Management and conduct of joint training to improve calling, customer contacting, interaction and sales skills to newlyemployed or working in the existing sales management, in cooperation with regional directors / directors of branches / branch managers
  • Development of reports related to the coaching of employees in sales - increasing correlation between training and increase in campaign results (higher contact rate, better conversations)
  • Identification and sharing of the best  practice from the training throughout the Bank – leading, owning and improving regular feedback process for campaigns in call centers (internal, external) and in branches through ambassadors and champions
  • Responsible for the preparation, management and evaluation of CRM campaigns and projects in high touch channels (branch, call center): Manages and monitors the performance of entrusted acquisition, x-sell, up sell, usage, retention, service campaigns and processes together with internal customers - develops integrated direct marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key Bank’s clients and products that use communication and sales channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified leads and sales
  • Work with the local Retail teams and Retail leaders, primarily Head of Sales and Head of Contact Center, to generate high contact rates and conversions/sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • At least 4 years of work experience in the field of sales and/or campaign management and/or information technologies and/or marketing
  • Preferably, having a team leading experience
  • Strong leadership and people development skills - able to transfer knowledge and oversee the work of others
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
  • Experience in following industries - either: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telco
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Travel required
