Career Coach - English

Jackson Square Company is a recruiting agency that also provides services such as resume editing services, consulting, advising and coaching, full resume rebuild, LinkedIn optimization, and other tools to help job seekers. We have a global team of experts that specialize in different fields and are here to make sure every client is 100% satisfied with our service. Our company is seeking a talented career coach to provide coaching services telephonically to our customers around the US to help them find a job. This position is a remote position and the career coach will be compensated for a fixed amount for each customer served. All career coaches must have excellent English verbal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a variety of coaching services such as career development coaching, interviewing coaching, job search strategizing, career strategizing, and more
• Optimizing LinkedIn profiles and educating customers on how to continuously benefit from the platform
• Managing customer accounts
• Direct interaction with resume writers as necessary by WhatsApp, Skype, or email
• Working with data analysts and other advisors to ensure good data collection
• Providing detailed coaching session reports to supervisors to ensure consensus on action items

Requirements:

• Effective communication with strong written, interpersonal, and presentations skills
• Ability to establish rapport and relate well to customers of all backgrounds
• 2+ years of experience as a professional career consultant
• Good command of MS Word and Google Docs, Google Calendar or Calendly
• Solid understanding of various industries and job functions including entry-level, technical, professional, and executive roles
• Knowledge of different resume formats, ATS capabilities, and the ability to determine the best formats for clients
• Prior experience in HR and certification from one of the major career organizations preferred
