For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Casino Game Presenter Team Supervisor with English (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Game Presenters and Shufflers to ensure high-quality performance;
• Share updates on games, policies, and procedures with the team;
• Act as a link between staff and management, providing feedback;
• Manage shift schedules, breaks, and smooth game flow;
• Resolve minor technical and operational issues during shifts;
• Ensure proper appearance and conduct of team members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year’s experience in a leadership or supervisory position is preferred;
• Background in the online gaming or live casino sector is considered an asset;
• Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities;
• Capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-moving work setting;
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
