Change Implementation Coordinator

(Location: Belgrade)

Primary purpose of position:

The Change Implementation Coordinator will have responsibility for coordinating, tracking and delivering changes related to the product portfolio (introduction, change or exit) across our operations in Europe (Beverage Packaging Europe).

Working alongside key stakeholders, the Change Implementation Coordinator will assess new changes for operational impact, ensuring operational readiness, alignment with marketing and sales, and successful implementation of the change.

Reports to: Senior Product Manager            

Main tasks:

  • Drives change related projects in close collaboration with regional Sales & Marketing teams, as well as other key stakeholders (e.g. organizes line trials & follow ups)
  • Gathers all relevant information and aligns with key stakeholders to formally request a change
  • Identifies and engages cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief
  • Ensures resource or capacity issues are flagged and resolved before starting the project
  • Organizes regular update meetings and other methods of communication, issues meeting minutes and identifies next steps, provides estimated timelines where appropriate
  • Challenges project teams to maximize efficient project delivery (chase & push)
  • Identifies blockers and risks that could result in programs being stalled or aborted. Tracks and reports issues, proactively alerting potential risks and anticipated resistance
  • Documents project progress using project management tools & templates. Administering all project documentation in an efficient and effective manner (timeline, status reports, PowerPoint slides etc.)
  • Manages reviews and approvals within the stage gate process
  • Reviews and closes change
  • Creates customer presentations when needed
  • Updates relevant marketing & sales support materials

Key stakeholders:

  • Commercial (Sales & Marketing), IBP, Operations (incl. Quality & CTS)

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Operations and/or Marketing experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience with packaging environment and/ or FMCG desirable.
