We are looking for a highly organized and structured individual with a strong operational experience to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer. Working from our hub in downtown Belgrade, you will be responsible for monitoring and execution of our daily operations, maintaining contact with team members from all over the world and ensuring flawless coordination of our efforts towards the business goals. You will:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gain deeper understanding of the specifics of our business
- Take action towards coordination of various local and remote teams of the company, ensuring their integration and active participation
- Play a crucial role in identifying and prioritizing various tasks and responsibilities
- Help develop and implement various procedures and protocols, as well as organize necessary steps towards completion of goals
- Monitor and improve the daily routines and protocols, from corporate compliance to customer satisfaction
- Continuously learn and improve your understanding of various aspects of our business
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in managerial, operational, or team lead position in an international environment
- Ability to recognize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Highly structured personality with a strong record in developing and implementing procedures and protocols
- Good people and leadership skills
- Strong and resilient personality, ability to work in very fast paced environment with occasional high levels of stress
- Experience in working with and ensuring integration of remote teams
- Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
- Ability to recognise own gaps in knowledge and proactive approach towards learning
- University degree is preferred but not mandatory
