We are looking for:
HR Administrator (m/f)
Belgrade
Main responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to HR for all necessary employee related documentation
- Ensures deployment of labor procedures with all existing and new coming employees
- Participates in daily / weekly / monthly reporting
- Ensures proper data entering of new hires / transfers / terminations to HR platform
- Maintains personnel files (collecting and updating needed documentation) and development of electronical personal folders
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluency in English and Chinese language
- Previous working experience in similar jobs for minimum 1 year
- Advanced MS Office package user
