Infrahead is a small company based in Hamar, Norway. We work with road planning, water-sewer planning and land use planning. For more information, see www.infrahead.no.
We are searching for a well-qualified civil engineer to work with us on design of potable- and wastewater networks, pumping stations, treatment facilities etc. Our role in the projects are mainly to create detailed plans for tender and construction.
Applicants must have a civil engineering / master’s degree within this field, and some years of relevant work experience is also required.
The work also contains writing of technical descriptions, reports and other kinds of documents. Excellent writing skills are therefore required. The working language is Norwegian, and if not already proficient in Norwegian, the applicant must be prepared to learn the language quickly.
Moreover, applicants must be exact and systematic in their work, and possess well developed analytical skills. Everything we do must be carefully based on Norwegian design manuals etc, and the work requires a lot of reading. It is therefore important that you like to read, and that you see the importance of theoretical knowledge and enjoy working under strict requirements for quality control.
