Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the high performance analytical environment, maximizing the efficient use of client portfolio, increasing conversion rate through steadily improving targeting, delivering actionable data insights for whole Group Retail Banking
- Management and professional development of a team for modeling and analytics in CVM Group Competence Centre and in 6 markets, Second line of support and expertise for local CVM responsible in respective markets (CVM analysts)
- Key partner for Group and Market Retail Heads, Risk Management, Product and Sales leaders, Work with the local Retail teams and Retail leaders to obtain buy in for campaigns and to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content
- Develop probability to buy models for main products, utilization and price sensitivity models for selected products, models for client portfolio use optimization, review the models regularly

- Improve existing targeting, analytical and reporting processes and propose new, with a focus on increasing the customer experience, drive efficiency and volume of new sales.
- Together with Campaign Management Team develop integrated direct marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key Bank’s clients and products that use communication and sales channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified leads and sales
- Establishment of centralized data access and analytical environment across the group (SMS, e-mails, direct mails, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, statements / e-statements)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 4 years of work experience in the field of analytics
- Active usage of analytical tools (e.g. MS or SAS or SPSS or R)
- Risk and/or Financial and/or Client analytics and modeling knowledge
- Preferably, having a team leading experience
- Desirable experience with MS SQL Server, Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Strong leadership and people development skills - able to transfer knowledge and oversee the work of others
- Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
