Collections Analyst

Belgrade

This role reports directly with the Accounts Receivable Manager and will mainly be responsible for day to day collections of company receivables. The role entails both telephone and email correspondences with clients in US, which requires excellent oral and written English.

In addition to collections, this person must be willing to roll up their sleeves and analyze client accounts that are discrepant and report how to resolve the discrepancies. They will be asked to provide management with timely updates on potential collections issues.

This role will also involve some light maintenance of client accounts within internal systems.

The Collections Analyst will be cross trained on the weekly and monthly billing process and be used as a backup when necessary.

Required Skills

• 1+ years Corporate Collections experience
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
• Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, self-confidence and great analytical skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
