Job Description:

Do you have exceptional communication skills? You give great attention to detail and like to investigate? Are you good with words and able to address requests, especially in written form, with a good touch of empathy, reassurance and clarity? You've had previous experience in Social Media Management? You are the right fit for us!  We are looking for an enthusiastic person, preferably native English speaker, to join our team of in-house Community Relation Specialists supporting our customers on Social Media. Our vision of providing excellent customer care means handling requests in an accurate and friendly way, with real care. We want to bring a human touch in a digital world.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing support for customers contacting us via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Adapting our brand voice for communication with social media followers.
  • Help with team reporting. Identifying new trends/issues which may have an impact on the company and its customer base.
  • Building a framework for continuous workflow improvement using customer support and social media tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels is required, along with excellent writing and editing skills and attention to grammar and sentence structure.
  • Delivering day-to-day social media support experience (training, help and reporting).
  • Ability to provide positive customer experience in writing
  • Providing a higher level of support to external company agents.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting on social media support performance, including new issues and trends.
  • Analyzing and reporting product support-related trends, using available support focused tools.
  • Optimizing our customers’ social media support journey and increasing the resolution rate of the company owned social media channels.
  • Researching and implementing new technologies which help improve customer support experience on social media.
  • Promoting FAQ, knowledge base, and support page content, using social media.
  • Being proactive in improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Near native level of English
  • Strong Customer-Service Skills
  • Experience in Social Media Management
  • Technical background will be considered a plus
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
