Logistics Director

On behalf of our client Carlsberg Serbia, we are looking forexperienced professional to fill the position of

Logistics Director

(based in Čelarevo)

As Logistics Director you will be responsible for the logistics operations within Carlsberg Srbija Group (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro) as well as building logistics competency and improved processes across the South East Europe Region. In addition you will align the processes with the overall South East Europe and Western Europe Regional Strategies.

Your key responsibilities will be:

·Provide strong leadership to the  logistics team, including wearhousing, transport and distribution

·Develop operational objectives, strategies, policies, and plans for Logistics functions

·Prepare, monitor and control logistics budgets to ensure that all financial and business objectives are met

·Analyze data, review  performance and implement  continuous improvements

·Drive the best practices in logistics operations to support inventory reduction, minimise waste streams and ensure cost effectiveness

·Build capability of logistics staff within the SEE region

·Imporove and standardize processes accross the SEE regional logistics structure

·Provide support and report to SEE Supply Chain Director, as well as Carlsberg Serbia CEO

·Develop the business by gaining new contracts

·Obligatory travelling on territory responsible for

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

·At least 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field preferably within an international environment

·University degree

·Proficiency in English language

·Experience of continuous improvement / Lean ways would be considered as an advantage
