Consumer Contact Centre Inbound Team Leader
- Bachelor (Marketing/Economy/Science is preferred)
- Experience in Customer Service/Sales area is preferred
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry and trends preferred
- Knowledge on call center environments, associated targets and reporting metrics
- Knowledge on MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Set goals and measure progress of teams, manage teams and members in order to reach defined targets
- Delivery of team sales, quality and productivity targets & indicators
- People management and development
- Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of defined customer experience in every call
- Close cooperation with back office specialists in charge of workforce planning, real time monitoring and reporting
- Compiling reports on team’s performance and customer feedback
- Build team spirit
