Consumer Postpaid Segment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Come up with new solutions for consumer postpaid customers:
  • Observe, research and analyze the market
  • Identify unmet customer needs
  • Propose and discuss business ideas, test and shape them into marketable solutions

• Manage the best of those solutions through the project road map from starting idea to market launch – initiate, create, own and operate marketing products and tools by:
  • Conducting business analysis to secure the management support
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis to assess the profitability
  • Coordinating cross-functional project team (market research, business intelligence, pricing, devices, product development, sales, customer care, technology, financial controlling, regulatory, legal, risk, marcom, PR, training, etc.) to tackle all the aspects of the analysis and implementation
  • Defining the market goals and briefing marketing communication and PR departments as well as engaging in selection and shape of the creative concept
  • Briefing and preparing sales and customer care agents for new products in portfolio
  • Reporting on project status, ensuring management support throughout the implementation process as well as after the launch
  • Following up with product and campaign performances
• Take part in periodical forecasts of customer base development, revenues and costs
• Monitor market dynamics, analyze competitors’ moves, assess impact on segment performance and propose relevant activities
• Coordinate segment support to inquiries from other teams regarding postpaid rules and procedures
• Provide support to team members with their projects and to projects led by other teams

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in economics, marketing or engineering
• Work experience in product development and management and/or value creation is considered an advantage
• Team player with great communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and focusing on results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High level of personal integrity
• Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
• High proficiency in English language
