Consumer Renewal and Retention Officer
- Selling and cross selling trough incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bills and procedures
- Handling written customer requests
- Performing billing-related tasks
- Forwarding to the competent offices any comments/feedback received from customers

- Minimum High school degree
- Excellent communication skills
