Consumer Retention Team Leader
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Set goals and measure progress of teams, manage teams and members in order to exceed defined targets;
- Developing productivity-driven teams where targets are understood and consistently delivered;
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, increase sales, minimize errors and track operative performance;
- Work closely with team members to solve customer tasks, improve performance, improve processes and providing customer feedback for products and services;
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- People management and development, including all HR related issues;
- Close cooperation with marketing segments in charge of improvements of retention process.
Requirements:
- Minimum High school diploma, preferred Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent written and spoken English language;
- Some experience in team leadership or coordination roles is an advantage;
- Excellent command of MS Office;
- Excellent negotiating and selling skills;
- Great communication and presentation skills;
- High accountability and responsibility, independence in work.
