Contact Centre and Sales Officer - Mobi Banka Contact Center

Your responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and help existing and potential clients with all bank related requirements
- Communicating with customers via live chat, social media and email
- Creating customers' interest for Mobi Banka services and products
- Offering and selling Mobi Banka services and products through incoming and outgoing calls and written communication
- Delivering extraordinary customer experience through great quality and professional communication
- Educating customers about bank services and products, internet and mobile banking applications etc
- Resolving customers' written requests
- Meet personal sales goals and targets related to the level of service
- Blocking debit/credit cards, customer's applications and performing all needed changes of customer’s data and products through the system
- Keeping records of incoming and outgoing calls and activities within customers' profile, in accordance with the reasons of contact
- Processing outgoing calls in order to sell products and services and inform customers about news in Mobi Banka
- Regular feedback on customers' responses regarding bank services and products
- Help new colleagues in gaining knowledge and neccessary skills through mentoring
- Cross-functional cooperation in solving customers' requirements
- Ability to adapt to change, meeting demands put on by changes in line with company strategy
- A comprehensive proactive approach
- Retention of customers who require contract termination
For the good start, you will need:
- Minimum high school degree
- Excellent verbal and written capabilities
- Fluency in English
