YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all controlling and credit management activities, for Crop Science in line with global, regional and operational country strategy for Serbia and Montenegro
- Implement and maintain necessary accounting system and procedures to meet Bayer AG consolidation demand
- Coordinate annual budget providing accurate forecast, cost estimate, income, cash flow
- Analyse tax and regulation to ensure company compliance
- Calculation and analyses of credit notes, rebates and bonuses related to sales
- Implement and monitor with Country Head credit policy and risk assessment and ensure effective control
- Support Crop Science leading position in terms of profitability, technical development, communication, business financing and marketing by contributing to costs and KPI optimization for sales and marketing policy
WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree, preferable in economy, accounting or similar
- Knowledge of local accounting standards
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in similar position is preferable
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong Excel skills
