Consultant - Valuations and Consultancy Department
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Management or similar
- Excellent command in English, second language is a plus
- Having 1-3 years of relevant work experience in conducting valuations of buildings and other types of investments, studies and presentation of reports
- Previous experience within auditing, banking, financial or transaction advisory sectors will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of RICS methodology and/or possession of Charted Surveyor Certificate
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate area
- Excellent computer skills
- Reliable, analytical and decision making person with developed organizational and priority settings skills, with strong stress resistance
- Team oriented person with strong working ethics, willing to work overtime.
Analyst - Valuations and Consultancy Department
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Management or similar

- Preferable working experience on similar positions

Commercial Broker - Transactions and Investment Department
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent command in English, second language is a plus
- Candidate must have 1 – 3 years of relevant or similar working experience in sales and leasing of commercial property
- Strong knowledge of Serbian Real Estate Market with focus on commercial sector
- Previous working experience within international business environment will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and client management skills with strong stress resistance
- Polite, reliable, multitasking and team – oriented person with excellent sales and communication skills, willing to work overtime
Retail Broker – Transactions and Investment Department
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent command in English, second language is a plus
- Candidate must have 1 - 3 years of relevant or similar working experience in real estate retail sector, with prior strong knowledge of existing and future shopping malls, retail parks and outlet facilities, along with extensive awareness for high and secondary streets.
- Strong knowledge of Serbian Real Estate Market and retail brands awareness in general
- Previous working experience within international business environment will be considered as advantage
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and client management skills with strong stress resistance
- Polite, reliable, multitasking, team – oriented person with excellent sales and communication skills, willing to work overtime
