Due to their entering the Serbian market, Adecco is seeking highly motivated, independent and resourceful candidates for the position based in Belgrade:
Country Manager
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in sales of medical equipment/consumables/devices will be considered an advantage
- Established relations within the healthcare industry will be considered an advantage
- Experience in managing people
- Good awareness of the local regulations related to the distribution of medical products; (registration process, restrictions, procedures, public tenders, etc.)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Driving license (The role requires frequent trips in the region and abroad)
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing strategies for entering the Serbian medical market
- Recruiting, managing, and supporting company’s local staff
- Representing the company and its management before the Serbian state and regional institutions
- Executing the company’s policy considering the local social and business environment
- Contacting local healthcare institutions, hospitals, potential partners and clients aiming at presenting the company and establishing long-term business relations
- Following all changes in the Serbian healthcare system and relevant legislation
- Performing analyses of the market and competition on a permanent basis
- Investigating the local medical market for opportunities for introducing new products & services
