Custom Clearance Expert (m/f)

Requirements:

• VI /VII educational degree level or equivalent (preferred: Faculty of Traffic and Transport Engineering/ aculty of Economics/Faculty of Organizational Science
• Mandatory experience in logistics minimum 5 years
• Advanced skills in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English language; German speaking candidates will have advantage
• Good communicator with advanced organization skills and pragmatic approach
• Proactive and team oriented with good project management and engaging skills

Main tasks:

• Complete coordination and control of the import and export operations through adequate software platform based on Global Customs Guidelines
• Local responsible person for customs compliance of ZG Serbia businesses
• Daily communication with Zumtobel’s suppliers, clients and service providers (in country and abroad) in aspect of documents preparation for import/export
• Coordination with transport and sales department in order to successfully complete planned activities
• Daily communication with official customs representatives of company headquarters
• Submitting daily/monthly reports to global Customs Management regarding completed and ongoing activities
