Customer Care Agent - Norwegian or Swedish language
We are looking for candidates for our client NoviCom Communication.
NoviCom Communication has been providing telemarketing services since 2008 both in the norwegian and swedish markets, and they are also providing customer services. During this time, they have gained significant experience in these areas and in 2017 they will become an important provider of customer services both in the Norwegian and Swedish markets.
NoviCom Communication has today 25 employees with a high knowledge of Norwegian and Swedish, most of them are part of successful telemarketing team, and now they want to expand their team of customer service.
- Managing inbound calls,
- Providing timely and accurate assistance to the customers regarding their quest,
- Collaboration with level II support to resolve more demanding costumer requests,
- Updating database with customer’s information in order to conduct experience survey.
- Excellent Norwegian or Swedish speaking and writing skills
- Basic computer literacy & fast typing
- Customer orientation
- High school or University degree
- Previous contact center experience
- Knowledge of English language
