Customer Care & Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of TEOL’s product offering to help customers by phone, email and chat
• Drive a successful customer experience by assisting customer’s journey
• Take ownership of anything from small technical issues to escalated problems and solve for the customer from beginning to end
• Manage and improve the efficiency of “sales order procedure” and other processes related to customer experience
• Working in SAP environment and be part of the team for the implementation of CX platform (4th generation CRM)
• Cultivate a culture of customer caring throughout the organization

Candidate profile:

• Previous working experience is an asset
• University degree is preferable, but not pre-requirement
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Very good computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the working environment
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Effective problem solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
