Customer Care & Service Officer
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of TEOL’s product offering to help customers by phone, email and chat
- Drive a successful customer experience by assisting customer’s journey
- Take ownership of anything from small technical issues to escalated problems and solve for the customer from beginning to end
- Manage and improve the efficiency of “sales order procedure” and other processes related to customer experience
- Working in SAP environment and be part of the team for the implementation of CX platform (4th generation CRM)
- Cultivate a culture of customer caring throughout the organization
Candidate profile:
- Previous working experience is an asset
- University degree is preferable, but not pre-requirement
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the working environment
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Effective problem solving skills
- Very good knowledge of English language
