Customer Care and Business Support Officer
Belgrade
As a Customer care and Business Support Officer you will provide operational and administrative support to Commercial’s Customer Care department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for registering, updating and archiving all relevant documents in the assigned field of work
- Maintaining the customer data base and preparing necessary sales reports
- Preparing and sending invoices and other supporting documents to customers
- Contract administration
- Preparing and sending the pricelist to customers
- Administration of the sales orders for products dispatch from the depot
- Performing various administrative tasks for depot and bulk sale, cooperation with Logistics and Treasury to ensure proper customer relationship management
- Data management within the ERP system
- Support improvements of the ERP system by indicating improvement areas and operationally cooperate with IT development
Requirements and Candidate’s profile:
- Education: University or College in the field of economics, finance or organizational sciences
- Skills:
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Multitasking skills
- Team work ability in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Foreign Languages: English intermediate – B1, local language fluency is required
- IT skills: Advanced Microsoft Office user, experience in NAV is an advantage
